A Business Analyst from Oldham Robinson Integrated Technologies Inc. will initially meet with you and conduct a comprehensive review of your Company. Traditionally, the ORIT analysis takes approximately two to three days depending upon the size of your Company and the scope of the analysis required.
The process begins with an opening interview, which takes approximately an hour to an hour and one-half. During this time period, you and the Business Analyst participate in an in-depth discussion of your business, its history, your long and short term personal and business goals, as well as, other corporate areas of focus. On the basis of your meeting, the Analyst conducts a quantitative and qualitative review of the business including, but not limited to, operations, administration, overhead/burden ratios, cash flow, financial controls, productivity, material costs, material flow, sales and marketing and internal procedures and reporting. The analytical process will not interfere with the daily operation of managing the business. Observation of the business during the normal course of a business day is, however, an integral part of the survey analysis. Questions do arise during the course of the analysis, and your participation is essential if ORIT is to provide maximum benefit.

Confidentiality is the hallmark of our business. Subsequently, all information provided to ORIT is held in the strictest confidence.

All analytical work is accomplished on-site. Several ORIT corporate personnel are also assigned to work in tandem, as required, with the Business Analyst so you have the benefit of the experience and resources of these individuals in addition to the knowledge and experience of the Analyst working on-site with you. Upon the conclusion of the analysis, a findings meeting is conducted at a mutually convenient time. At this meeting the Business Analyst discusses his findings. In addition to discussing current business conditions, the Analyst will also identify the improvements possible in your business and the benefits of implementing those improvements.
