Maintenance Packages:

We understand that the worst thing for your business is machine downtime. This is why we offer a preventative maintenance package for each of the machines we sell. We sell a wide range of machinery but the vast majority of failures on all of them are related to dust and debris, lubrication or bearings. These are all inexpensive to fix but can cause expensive problems to occur. In our Maintenance Packages, we take care of all of these issues, as well as:
	- tightening up any looseness in the motion system - recalibrating the machine for greater accuracy - performing a wear analysis on any consumable parts
__________________________________________________________ The required frequency of our Maintenance Packages depends on machine usage but the following is a rough guideline:
	+ Vinyl Cutters 1 to 2 years + CNC Routers 6 to 12 months + Rotary Engraving Machines 1 to 2 years + Laser Engraving machines 12 to 18 months + Printing Machines 1 to 2 years

In the unfortunate event of your machine breaking down, we offer exceptionally fast service to reduce your down time.
	Service is available at our facility or on-site
